SJL was the exclusive legal and structuring consultant in development projects in Berlin and Madrid. These are complex investment projects of our group, also encompassing, among other things, complete solutions for export and project financing aspects. These projects are key for the future development of the entire group and it was the professional approach and the experience of SJL and the project leader Mgr. Ing. Marek Joch, who met our requirements for a legal consultant in a process as important as this one.
