Mgr. Zuzana Proňková

Zuzana has been a part of our legal team since the very beginning. Before her engagement with STRNAD JOCH LOKAJÍČEK advokáti s.r.o. Zuzana worked in several other prestigious Czech law firms. In her practice, she mostly operates in the field of civil and business law, M&A and she takes part in projects of legal Due Diligence.
Zuzana was and is a member of teams preparing important restructuring projects and acquisitions for international and Czech holding groups, including new market entry projects, creating of structures that group energy assets and representing clients with an overreach abroad.
Having studied in Paris, thanks to her linguistic background, Zuzana also takes care of the French clientèle, for instance, she is a permanent member of a team providing legal consulting to the Vinci Energies group.
Aside from Czech and Slovak, Zuzana fluently speaks French and English.
